Endomorphin 1

• Reactivity :

  Human, Monkey, Mouse, Porcine, Rat

• Storage Conditions :

  Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 °C. Stable for 12 months at -20 °C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O, 0.1% sodium azide. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. 

• Specificity :

  Recognizes Endomorphin 1. Displays 5% crossreactivity with Endomorphin 2, <0.03% with Met5-Enkephalin and <0.01% with Leu5-Enkephalin and beta-Endorphin. Species Crossreactivity: rat, mouse, human, porcine and monkey.
