Description
WEHI-150 is a mitoxantrone analog that functions as a formaldehyde-activated DNA interstrand cross-linking agent. It preferentially forms covalent adducts at methylated CpG sites, blocking transcription, and is used in epigenetic and cancer research for in vitro studies of DNA damage and gene silencing.
