Description
3',4',7-Trihydroxyisoflavone is a soy-derived isoflavone that acts as an inhibitor of Cot (MAP3K8) and MKK4. It exhibits anticancer and antiangiogenic properties in vitro and has been shown in murine studies to enhance memory via cholinergic and BDNF pathways, as well as improve glucocorticoid-impaired skin barrier function relevant to atopic dermatitis research.
