ALE-0540 is a small molecule inhibitor that selectively blocks NGF binding to both its p75 and TrkA receptors, thereby disrupting downstream TrkA-mediated signaling and biological activity. This tool compound is used in vitro and in vivo to investigate neurotrophin pathways in pain, neurodegeneration, and cancer research.
