Description
Tachioside is a bioactive small molecule with demonstrated antiobesity and antioxidant properties. It reduces lipid accumulation in 3T3-L1 adipocytes by suppressing lipogenesis and inhibits α-glucosidase. Furthermore, it attenuates nitric oxide production in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages with an IC50 of 12.14 μM, supporting its research potential in metabolic and inflammatory studies.
