Description
Cycloshizukaol A is a bioactive small molecule that inhibits TNF-α-stimulated adhesion molecule expression in HUVECs and prevents monocyte adhesion. It also suppresses PMA-induced homotypic aggregation of HL-60 cells with an MIC of 0.9 μM, demonstrating its utility for in vitro research on inflammation and cell adhesion mechanisms without cytotoxicity.
