Description
AQX-1125 is a selective SHIP1 activator that inhibits Akt phosphorylation in a SHIP1-dependent manner. It reduces cytokine production, suppresses mast cell activation, and inhibits leukocyte chemotaxis in vitro, while demonstrating anti-inflammatory effects in rodent models of pulmonary inflammation and allergy.
