Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE is a drug-linker conjugate for antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), comprising the protease-cleavable Val-Cit-PAB linker and the cytotoxic payload monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) . MMAE potently inhibits tubulin polymerization, disrupting mitosis.
