Gallopamil (Methoxyverapamil) is a phenylalkylamine calcium channel blocker with an IC50 of 10.9 μM for acid secretion inhibition. This potent vasodilator and antiarrhythmic agent is widely used in cardiovascular research, including in vitro ion channel studies and in vivo models of hypertension and arrhythmia.
