Description
AA147 is a prodrug that selectively activates the ATF6 branch of the unfolded protein response via localized metabolic activation and covalent modification of ER proteins. It is used in research to study ER proteostasis in models of neurodegenerative and metabolic diseases, both in vitro and in vivo.
