MK-4827 Racemate (Niraparib Racemate) is a potent and selective inhibitor of PARP1 and PARP2, exhibiting IC50 values of 3.8 nM and 2.1 nM, respectively. It shows over 330-fold selectivity against PARP3, V-PARP, and Tank1. This compound is widely used in cancer research, particularly for studying DNA damage response and synthetic lethality in both cellular and animal models of BRCA-mutant cancers.
