Description
BPR1J-097 is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of FLT-3, demonstrating an IC50 of 11±7 nM against the wild-type kinase and 3 nM against the D835Y mutant. It exhibits significant anti-leukemic activity in cellular assays and has shown promising efficacy in preclinical in vivo models of FLT3-ITD-driven acute myeloid leukemia.
