Description
Darunavir Ethanolate is a potent HIV-1 protease inhibitor used in antiretroviral therapy. To combat drug resistance, it is co-administered with other antiretroviral agents. Its mechanism and efficacy are studied in both in vitro antiviral assays and in vivo models of HIV infection.
