(E/E) -BCI (NSC-150117) is a DUSP6 inhibitor with anti-inflammatory activity. It suppresses LPS-induced inflammation and oxidative stress in macrophages by inhibiting the NF-κB pathway and activating Nrf2 signaling. This compound is a useful research tool for studying inflammation, redox biology, and macrophage function in vitro.
