Description
Hexamethonium Bromide is a selective ganglionic nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) blocker. Its poor oral bioavailability and inability to cross the blood-brain barrier make it a useful pharmacological tool for studying peripheral autonomic neurotransmission in both in vivo and in vitro experimental models.
