Description
UNC 669 is a potent and selective small-molecule inhibitor of the MBT domain proteins L3MBTL1 and L3MBTL3, exhibiting IC50 values of 4.2 μM and 3.1 μM, respectively. This chemical probe is used in vitro to study chromatin regulation and transcriptional repression in cancer research, particularly for investigating malignant brain tumor (MBT) family function.
