Pyridostatin trifluoroacetate is a potent G-quadruplex stabilizer (Kd = 490 nM) targeting proto-oncogenes such as c-kit, K-ras, and Bcl-2. It is widely used in biochemical and cellular assays to study gene expression regulation and has been applied in both in vitro and in vivo cancer research models.
