Specificity
The assay recognizes natural human IFNgamma. To define specificity of this human IFNgamma antibody pair, several proteins were tested for cross reactivity. There was no cross reactivity observed for any protein tested (IL-1alpha, IL-1beta, IL-10, IL-12, IL-4, IL-6, TNFalpha, IL-8 and IL-13). This testing was performed using the equivalent human IFNgamma antibody pair in an ELISA assay.
