MM-102 TFA is a potent and selective inhibitor of the WDR5-MLL1 interaction (IC50 = 2.4 nM), disrupting the MLL1 histone methyltransferase complex and reducing H3K4me3 levels. Its application in research, including in vitro studies and somatic cell nuclear transfer models, facilitates the study of epigenetic reprogramming and MLL-fusion driven leukemias.
