Olprinone is often used to increase cardiac output after cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) . (In Vivo) :Olprinone (Loprinone) Hydrochloride (0.2 mg/kg; i.p.) modulates the inflammation associated with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
