Suc-AAPF-AMC (N-Succinyl-Ala-Ala-Pro-Phe-7-amido-4-methylcoumarin) is a common fluorescent protease substrate, which releases fluorescent 7-amino-4-methylcoumarin (AMC) after being hydrolyzed by serine protease, thus realizing the quantitative detection of enzyme activity, and is widely used in protease kinetic analysis and inhibitor screening.
