WB: Approx 95kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 93.5kDa according to NP_000578.2) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3μg/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour.. IHC: Paraffin embedded Human Placenta and Adrenal Gland. Recommended concentration: 5μg/ml.
