Applications Notes
WB: Approx 30-35kDa band observed in lysates of histiocytic lymphoma cell line U937 (calculated MW of 22.3kDa according to NP_001004419.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources.
