Description
ETTAC-2 is an LRG1-targeting PROTAC degrader (DC50 = 8.38 μM) that inhibits TGF-β/Smad3 signaling. It reduces pro-fibrotic protein secretion and has been shown in research to slow renal fibrosis progression in experimental models, making it a tool for studying fibrotic diseases.
