Compared to conventional β-Agarase, Thermostable β-Agarase exhibits higher heat resistance and stronger hydrolytic activity. The thermostable properties of Thermostable β-Agarase simplify experimental procedures and make it suitable for the rapid purification of intact large DNA molecules[1].
