CD13/aminopeptidaseNis a150 kDacellsurfaceglycoprotein, which wasoriginally usedas amarkerforsubpopulationsofhematopoieticcells. CD13 iswidelydistributed in a variety of mammalian cells, such as monocyte/macrophages, fibroblasts, neutrophils, endothelial cells, and epithelial cells.
