Description
The Grb2 SH2 domain ligand is a small molecule that binds to the SH2 domain of Grb2, a tyrosine kinase. The compound has been shown to have affinity for the SH2 domain and is selective for Grb2 over other tyrosine kinases. It has also been shown to inhibit growth of certain cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. This drug may be useful as an adjuvant therapy for cancer treatment, as it can enhance the effects of other drugs by targeting receptors on tumor cells that are upregulated during tumor progression.
