Description
The MANS peptide is a cell-permeable inhibitor of MARCKS function. By competitively blocking MARCKS membrane binding, it suppresses stimulated mucin secretion and has been used in vitro and in vivo to study mechanisms of metastasis and airway hypersecretion.
