Description
STAT3-IN-24 is a cell-permeable peptide inhibitor that blocks STAT3 recruitment to Jak2, inhibiting Y705 phosphorylation and subsequent dimerization and nuclear translocation. This tool compound is used in vitro and in vivo to study STAT3-dependent signaling in cancer and inflammation research.
