TAT-MEK1 is a cell-permeable inhibitor of ERK2, consisting of the HIV-1 TAT peptide fused to the N-terminus of MEK1. It exhibits an in vitro IC50 of 29 μM against ERK2 and is used in research to study MAPK/ERK signaling pathways in cellular and experimental models.
