Description
ERα17p is a calmodulin-binding peptide derived from estrogen receptor α that modulates cancer cell migration via Rho/ROCK and PI3K/Akt pathways. It has demonstrated anti-proliferative and pro-apoptotic effects in breast cancer cell lines (e.g., MCF-7, MDA-MB-231) and inhibits tumor growth in murine models.
