Description
The p53 CBS peptide is a synthetic oligonucleotide that mimics the consensus DNA binding sequence of the tumor suppressor p53. It is widely used in vitro for electrophoretic mobility shift assays (EMSAs) and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) to study p53-DNA interactions and transcriptional regulation mechanisms.
