Description
Jingzhaotoxin-V is a 29-residue spider venom peptide that potently inhibits both TTX-resistant and TTX-sensitive neuronal sodium channels (IC50 ~27-30 nM) and suppresses Kv4.2 potassium currents (IC50 604.2 nM) . This makes it a valuable pharmacological tool for studying pain pathways and ion channel function in vitro.
