Description
This selective β-catenin degrader utilizes a stapled peptide (xStAx) linked to a VHL ligand to induce targeted protein degradation. It effectively reduces β-catenin levels in vitro in HEK293T and colorectal cancer cells and demonstrates in vivo efficacy by inhibiting tumor growth in APCmin/+ mouse models and patient-derived organoids.
