Description
PDC31 (THG113.31) is a D-amino acid oligopeptide that acts as an allosteric, non-competitive inhibitor of the FP prostaglandin receptor. It is a research tool for studying preterm labor and dysmenorrhea, shown in vivo to reduce uterine contraction strength and duration and in vitro to enhance BK channel activity in myometrial cells.
