Description
LL-37 (18-37) is a bioactive fragment of the human cathelicidin LL-37 with antimicrobial properties. It demonstrates lethal activity against S. aureus (4 μM) and C. albicans (10 μM), and inhibits E. histolytica trophozoite growth (10-50 μM) . This peptide is a valuable research tool for studying host defense peptides and their mechanisms in vitro.
