Description
S1H is a synthetic α-helical peptide antagonist (mimicking hGH residues 36-51) of the growth hormone receptor. It inhibits hGH- and prolactin-induced STAT5 phosphorylation in melanoma and lymphocyte cell lines at nanomolar concentrations, useful for studying GHR signaling in cancer and immunology research.
