Description
HOXB7 (8-25) is a peptide fragment of the oncogenic transcription factor HOXB7. When pulsed onto human dendritic cells, it enhances antigen presentation, leading to CD4+ T cell activation and IFN-γ production. This mechanism supports research into targeted cancer immunotherapies, applicable in both in vitro T cell priming assays and in vivo antitumor response studies.
