Description
DB21 is a peptidomimetic dibenzofuran conjugate that functions as an allosteric galectin-1 (GAL1) inhibitor. It disrupts GAL1-glycan interactions, demonstrating anti-angiogenic and anti-tumor effects in preclinical models of melanoma, lung adenocarcinoma, and ovarian cancer in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
