Description
Z-LLL-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate for measuring the chymotrypsin-like activity of the proteasome. Upon cleavage, it releases fluorescent AMC, enabling quantification in cell lysates for in vitro studies of proteasomal function, protein degradation pathways, and drug screening applications.
