Description
This high-affinity apelin receptor agonist (IC50 = 0.27 nM) promotes hESC self-renewal via PI3K/AKT and primes endoderm differentiation via TGFβ. It also demonstrates pro-angiogenic effects in HUVECs, induces aortic vessel relaxation, and functions as an anorexigenic hormone in vivo through hypothalamic neuron activation.
