Description
Cyclosporin H is a specific FPR1 inhibitor that attenuates inflammatory lung injury in ALI models by suppressing MAPK and AKT pathways. It also serves as a potent lentiviral transduction enhancer in hematopoietic stem cells and exhibits additive effects when combined with Rapamycin or PGE2, all without the immunosuppressive activity of Cyclosporin A.
