Description
WISP-1 Recombinant Protein
Product Name Alternative
CCN4, WISP1c, WISP1i, WISP1tc, CCN4, WNT1-inducible-signaling pathway protein 1, CCN family member 4, WISP-1
UniProt
O95388
Source
E. coli
Field of Research
Cancer Biology, Signal Transduction
Purity
Greater than 98% by SDS-PAGE gel and HPLC analyses.Endotoxin level is less than 0.1 ng per μg (1EU/μg) .
Bioactivity
The ED50 was determined by the dose - dependant proliferation of the MCF - 7 cell line. The expected ED50 for this effect is 1.0 - 3.0 μg/mL.
Form
Lyophilized
Storage Conditions
The lyophilized WISP-1 recombinant protein is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -20°C. Reconstituted WISP-1 is stable for at least 3 months when stored in working aliquots with a carrier protein at -20°C. As with any protein, exposing WISP-1 recombinant protein to repeated freeze / thaw cycles is not recommended. When working with proteins care should be taken to keep recombinant protein at a cool and stable temperature.
