Applications Notes
The most selective μ-agonist reported to date. DALDA (YrFK-amide) should be useful not only as a research tool in basic opioid pharmacology but also for studying specifically peripheral μ-receptor interactions. Its very polar character should prevent DALDA from crossing the blood-brain barrier to any significant extent.
