This antibody is expected to recognize both reported isoforms (NP_001091894.1and NP_004078.2) .ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.WB: Approx 150kDa band observed in lysates of cell line KELLY (calculated MW of 103kDa according to NP_004078.2) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/ml.
