ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000.WB: Approx 38kDa band observed in Human Kidney and Liver lysates (calculated MW of 33.5kDa according to NP_001256.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Qualtrough et al Gut. 2002 Aug;51 (2) :184-90; PMID: 12117877) . Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/ml.
