Applications Notes
ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.WB: Approx 33kDa band observed in human Heart lysate (calculated MW of 32.1kDa according to NP_003653.1) . In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing PIR a band of approx. 35kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.3 - 1.0 μg/ml.
