Description
PDL-241 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting SLAMF7 (also known as CD319 or CS1), which is highly expressed on multiple myeloma cells and natural killer (NK) cells. It exerts anti-tumor effects by directly inducing apoptosis, mediating ADCC effects, and boosting anti-tumor immunity through NK cell activation, making it widely used in research on targeted therapies for hematological malignancies.
