Description
Anti-Meflin Antibody is a specific monoclonal antibody targeting Meflin (also known as ISLR), a marker for mesenchymal stem cells and a subset of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) . This antibody is primarily used to study the role of stromal components in tumor progression, organ fibrosis, and stem cell niche regulation, particularly in the research of stroma remodeling in scirrhous tumors like pancreatic cancer.
