Description
ING-1 (heMab) is a high-affinity humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the epithelial cell adhesion molecule (Ep-CAM) . This compound acts as a transmembrane glycoprotein mediated by Ca2+. ING-1 binds to Ep-CAM on tumor cells, demonstrating potent in vitro activity to target and inhibit tumor growth and metastasis in mouse cancer models. It is applicable for research in cancers such as breast, colorectal, and lung cancers.
